The New Resources Look
Welcome to the Workforce Exchange Resources page. On the pages, to the left, you can find generic resources for all County employees. If you are looking for a particular form, and do not find it under the new pages, the form has probably been moved to the H.R. Toolbox. If you have questions about the changes to the Resources page, or any part of the Workforce Exchange website, please email the Administrator at WFE@rc-hr.com.

Our Candidate Gateway is open to current County employees only, accessible via your Employee Self Service (ESS) account in PeopleSoft. Once you log in, you'll be able to add your resume and start building your profile in anticipation of the complete roll-out of our new system. Having trouble logging into PeopleSoft? If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link found on the PeopleSoft login page. You'll find a helpful flyer for this process by clicking on this link.
