Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA) and California Military and Veterans Code, reservists and other employees who join the Armed Forces of the United States, the National Guard or the Naval Militia who are called to ordered military duty are entitled to a military leave of absence.
