The County of Riverside does not tolerate any type of workplace violence committed by or against employees. Employees are prohibited from making either direct or indirect threats or engaging in violent activities. The County has a Zero Tolerance standard. Any potentially dangerous situation must be reported immediately to a supervisor and the County Human Resources Department Safety Office at (951) 955-3520. Full details of this policy are in Appendix E.
