In an effort to clean up the air we breathe and reduce the costs of commuting, the County Rideshare Program offers a variety of creative alternatives to driving to work alone. Preferred parking is available at some County facilities for those who carpool. The County also provides vans for groups who are able to rideshare. Biking is encouraged, and lockers for bikes are available at some locations. The Rideshare information system will provide you with a listing of people who are willing to share rides daily or in emergency situations.
