The Vendor/Contractor Program provides assurance that small vendors and contractors have insurance that meets the minimum County insurance requirements.  Coverage can be provided for General Liability and General and Professional Liability combined.  To initiate the process, the Vendor/Contractor Request Form should be completed and returned to Risk Management.  The form is linked below.
