To report initial information regarding the purchase of new buildings, proposed construction or additions to County owned buildings, new leases or changes to existing lease agreements, (buildings that the County is leasing from others) and/or deletions (by sale, transfer or demolition) the Risk Managment Initial Notification form should be used.  The form is linked below.
