Occupational Group Study Schedule
The Human Resources Classification & Compensation Unit has had initial meetings with all departments in the Health & Allied Occupational Group Study (Mental Health, CHA, Office on Aging, Fire, H.R. and RCRMC). At these meetings we discussed classifications in the study, appropriate benchmarks, classes requiring Position Description Questionnaires (PDQ’s), job spec revisions and department issues.
Many thanks to all of you for your assistance, especially those employees who were requested to complete a PDQ on their positions. As the Study progresses we will be providing you with further announcements and status updates.
