The conversion of the IT Skill Pay program to the current IT Classification system was completed and implemented for all IT employees on August 2, 2007. All appeals for individual classification assignments relating to this class system conversion (as per SEIU side letter dated June 14, 2007) have been heard and resolved as of January 1, 2008.

Upcoming HR Projects for I.T. Classifications:

•     Salary Survey of all IT Classes (estimated completion:  August

2008)

•     Development of IT Engineer specialist classification series; i.e., Telecommunications, Data Network and Voice (estimated completion: August 2008)
